I got them in a week after the "card production" email". But my wife, whose approval was 10 days after mine is still waiting to receive the physical card and approval letter, 2 weeks gone by after the first CRIS email.

Received travel documents for both self and spouse today. 3 Copies of each, not sure why 3 copies. Received teh EAD cards a week ago. Can I apply for SSN for my spouse with the EAD? She currently has ITIN.

This was on the I-131 approval email. "Current Status: Document OTHER THAN CARD manufactured and mailed. For the I-765, it said "Card production ordered"
