pravin_m It was only 485. 140 was approved long back. My lawyer spoke to customer service they said it may take up to 8 weeks to receive receipts. Please keep us posted when ever you the case numbers.

Congratulations on your 140 approval!!!!!! When did you exactly mail your 485? Was it to Texas service center? I can see from your details they received it on 06/03/05. How long it has taken to receive the applications? Why I am asking is, I mailed out my 485 on June 1 and still waiting...

Not every attorney understands the appeal process. I suggest you to go through an attorney with experience in immigration. Talk to Rajiv Khanna or Sheela Murhty. They might charge about the same.
