    Yes, my 485 is pending on Vermont service center. But the top page of !-765 said New Jersey application needs to be sent to Chicago? Please advice! Thanks, GC_APPL

    where should the check payable to when renew EAD

    Hi, I am about to renew my EAD, but where should the check payable to? I am in New Jersey and I think the application has to be sent to Chicago. I am using the paper based filing. Is "USCIS" or "Citizenshio and Immigration Service"? Thanks, GC_APPL
