I think PD should be August 2001 I am new to the process but what I think PD is when your application is received in Local SESA. Has your case been certified by the Feds? Good luck.

Info Applied at Pittsburgh SESA in January\'02 as Non-RIR/EB3 I don\'t know the PD but I can trace my case as I know the case no. The AVM at Regional DOL (Philly) still says that it was received on April 15th 2002.
