I-140 approved for CP on 09/04/01. How to change to 485?
My I-140 was approved on 09/04/01 and it seems that the file was sent to NVC. My understanding is that only CP cases are sent to NVC. How can I switch to the 485 route? Thanks, gc768- gc768
