Hoping someone will be able to guide or help. My 6 years on H1B expires in Dec 2005. My employer filed for my GC in 2003.Until now there is no progress other than the priority date I recd. from the attorney. In this 2 years, the financial strength of the company is gone down. SO I am worried...
