Hi, Should i wait for my Interim EAD 90 Days from Receipt date or Notice date?? In my case, where EAD apllication is transferred to local office: Receipt Date: 09/20/2003 (Transfer) Notice Date: 10/30/2003. Receipt Number LIN-03-272-xxxxx. Please advice. Thank you.
