Dear Friends, I filed for I-485 in June 2003. I was on L-1. My I-140 was approved i May 2003. I still haven't gotted any approval. A lot of people I know who applied in August-December 2003, already got their approval. But they all were on H-1. Do you guys if H-1 or L-1 makes any difference...
