Can you work for new company after old I-94 expires and new H1 is yet to come?
My H1-B visa stamp and I-94 both have expiration date of Jan 9th on them. I got laid off recently. I havent found a job yet, but if I get one, the new H1 visa won\'t come by Jan. The new law states that one can start working with a new employer after filing for a new H1 visa. My question is...
