    How long will it take for EAD in NSC

    Hey, My current EAD will expire on Dec. 26, 2002. NSC received my EAD renewal application on Oct. 2(RD). I'd like to know if anyone knows how long it usually takes NSC to approve EAD. I'd also like to know if I can go to local INS to get an interim EAD. Thanks a lot.
