One of my fears is that the if I move to the US and leave the family behind the I130 process will take a long time with my family not being able to be with me.
Or that if I initiate the process outside the US, my family will not be permited to enter the US with their tourist visas...

How do I do it? Meaning,Can I go in the us and bring my family with their turist visas and then initiate the process from with in the us?

I was born in the US from Mexican parents.
I have lived outside the us my whole life.
I was born in a hospital and currently have a us passport and us birth certificate.
I am married and with young children.
I also have a mexican passport.
I live in Mexico...
