by the way I'm from Sudan and I need to talk to some one who is in my situation I'm so confused did everything but no success 9 years waiting my case now is reopened but still no progress what should I be doing

Hi Gabralla and All, i'm new to this form and i'm from Sudan also. Got stuck in this Material Support limbo since 2007 through asylum based on DUP membership. Any new updates on this? I was talking to someone in Detroit about a Class action law suit to resolve this, but he also mentioned that there are some news about excluding Sudanese Parties from the Material support bar.

Let me know if you have any updates.

Salam Gabralla and justnjust, I am from Sudan as well Umma Party located in denver Colorado. I have received a word from a sudanese friend here in denver who works with immigration officials as a member of islamic society. He informed me 3 weeks ago that a high immigration official stated that the congress and white house issued a letter to remove the HOLD Placed on Etihadi Party, and i do not know if the Umma Party is still on hold. However, based on that hold remove 7 applicants in denver received their GC. I hope that we hear some good news pretty soon inshalla.
