i'm from the philippines my wife is in the usa right now. she got her green card in 2006. she came home to the philippines in 2007 & we got married. she petitioned me for I-130 same year. she got pregnant & due to financial difficulties she came home and gave birth to our son in 2008. my petition for I-130 has been approved and i want to know if my son will be given a visa even if he wasn't included in my petition since he wasn't born yet when the petition was filed. we are hoping to go the usa together and be with my wife. as much as possible we don't want to leave our son behind. are there any options for us to consider? thank you!
