Thanks, jaxen. We just received my EAD card this morning -- about 5 month after we filed I-765. I won't worry now. The I-140 and I-485 will get aproved. It's only a matter of time.

And another thing, the iEAD someone's talking about, can I use that to work as the formal EAD? Thanks.

Our I485, AP and EAD were submitted in Sep. 2002 after we submitted I140 in Apr. 2002. Now we've just gotten AP, but nothing else. Would any one kindly tell me whether AP is related to EAD in any way during the application? Thanks a lot.
