So after the baby is born, we get his U.S. passport done and then apply for OIC?? At that time , we will still be on our Green cards with Indian citizenship. I hope that does not create a problem as we will be Indian citizens while the baby applies for OIC.. Any ideas? Mulder

The Overseas citizenship eligiblity states that a person needs to be a "person of INdian origin" to be eligible for overseas citizenship. Does that mean for a baby born in the U.S, he/she is not eligible for dual citizenship? The main question is if a baby is born in the U.S. to Indian...
