485 approved, Question for Ciba

I got back from vacation to find 485 approved on jan 2nd. My details are in ciba list 485 ND: 08/2000 FP :11/2000 My wife is still in India. Is there any time limit on when to go for stamping and do both have to go at same time. Thanks for replies and This board has been a great help.
