Hello, I had two Advance Parole documents - and one was kept by the officer at entry and the other was stamped and given back to me with a date of one-year from the date of entry. Is that typical of them? Also, will I need to apply for another Advance Parole if I want to leave the country...

Thanks for the information. Now, my I-94 was taken away by the Immigration Officer during the AOS interview almost 18 months back. Of course, since then I have been stuck in the Name Check process. So when I leave the US and they ask for my I-94, what do I tell them? Thanks
