B1 to H1B transfer
Dear Rajiv, I had H1B and went to Chennai consulate in Feburary 2007. My H1B gets rejected my them and said that they will forward this case to INS and INS will contact with petitioner. Two months over no letter from INS. Now I have B1 with me. Can I fly to USA then apply from B1 to H1B...- forsahu
