my I-94 got stolen while I was still in the US and so I left the country without handing in any form. Now I know that I need to fill out a I-102 to replace the I-94. The thing is, I need to go to the US in 3 weeks- only for 8 days which means that ESTA is enough.
Is it possible for me to enter the US although my I-94 is not replaced and handed in yet? My ESTA request was confirmed, but I am not sure whether that means anything as they can still forbid you to enter at the borders.
Does anybody have a similar experience or can help?
