221g Query Please Help......
I am in USA from past 3 years..I have less W2 for the first 2 years as compared to my LCA.I recently got married and sent my wife to consulate for H4 stamping .She got the 221g query for W2 and the Tax Returns for both the years along with the affidavit from the employer stating why they were unable to pay me the prevailing wages as promised on my LCA..My third year is quite good till now..Iam in a big fix...please help me with this...My company is ready to pay me the backwages..but they dont want to commit and say that they are guilty by not paying the wages at the right time.....I dont see any way to sort it out...Somebody suggested me to show as I was on unpaid leave for health issues..and If I said that then the consulate will be surely asking me the medical certificate .which I think its the toughest part to get it in USA...and even if I get the medical cerficate some how ..what kind of more questions the consulate can come up with...?Please help by showing me a way to proceed with this....?please help me...........
