another question (thank you i advance) do i have to file the instructions of uscis forms or simply file the form itself without the instruction pages? thank you!!!!

could anybody here help me to make sure where to file? i m in florida. the instruction of I -485 says file to chicago, but I-130 says mesquite, TX. where should i file my i130, i485, i864, i765, i693? are they supposed to be filed to the same place? thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!
