I'm sorry, I misspoke. My parents are planning to apply for citizenship in December, but they can definitely file now.
Even if my parents file today, I doubt that they'll obtain citizenship by my 18th birthday in December. Will I still be eligible for the Child Citizenship Act then?
I'll need to file Form N-600 (Application for Certificate of Citizenship) for that, right?
So I'll definitely need to renew first?
