I have a question. If I filed I-539(change H1-B to F-1) but after one month I don't want my case process becasue I have new employer. How can I stop the process of my case(change H-1B to F-1)? How can I get my application back? Which form I need to file? Thanks,

The company will terminate me this month.(march 2007). Right now I need to find a company to transfer H1-B. I have three year experience in web development. Master degree in CS and live in CT. H1-B only use 1.5 years. If you know H1-B position is open plz let me know it. Thanks a lot.:(
