new H-1 after 6yrs+10 mos out of US
I was in USA on H1 and L1 visa. If the L status is counted with H classification my 6 years will be over by December 2004 after recapturing all my stays outside USA. I applied for H1 B last year and USCIS gave me 3 years approval and the consulate gave me a stamp for the same years. My I-94 is...- festive

L1 visa years isn't counted into max 6 H1 visa anymore???
INS given me new H1B without counting L1 I got a new H1B petetion valid up to October 2006 this year and came to USA with a I-94 valid up to the same October 2006. Now my lawyer is saying that I can not stay more than 6 years counting my previous L1 stays and I have to leave the country within...- festive
