I have the H1B. I filled by myself the I-140 for a National Interest Waiver.
I received a letter from USCIS requesting the form ETA-750 Part B or ETA-9089 in duplicate in support of Form I-140 within 33 days but I don't have such forms from the DOL. The form I have from the Department of Labor is the 9035.
Maybe the officer got confused because by error I checked the I-140 Part 4, point 6 Yes and No boxes where they ask if any immigrant visa petition has ever filed by or on behalf of me. I never made visa petition by myself or other person in my behalf. What can I do?
