I-751 Denied - Due to fail to respond RFE?

Hi all, I'm new to this forum, hope someone can help us. Planning to find an attorney or Senator for assistance.. Here's our situation, any ideas? 10/31/2012: Received I-751 Receipt Notice (Remove Conditions) 12/04/2012: Biometrics Done (Note: WAC is different from the above..)...
