As of early this year, the Boston office sent out a note stating that you could not get an EAD or AP from that office unless you have filed your full petition there. Regards, Alan.

We submitted out i485 and i765 by post to Boston BCIS mid February. We got a mail receipt dated 25th Feb 2003. The cheques were cashed and I have got copies of the cashed cheques, although it it virtually impossible to read the smudged stamp to get the number. We never received any receipts...
