Does the BCIS office in Manhattan (Federal Plaza) accept AP renewal applications on a walk-in basis? My wife's AP renewal application was mailed to VSC in late November 2003, and we need to travel in mid March. Wondering what options we have if VSC doesn't come through in time. Many thanks!
