My lawyer said he will send a query and the lawyer said that it will take 21 days for them to respond. But lawyer is saying they will give a usual response that they are looking into the case

My I140 was filed on Feb 13th 2004.LUD - 4/14/04 I485 was filed on March 25th 2004. LUD - 10/27/04 No changes in LUD for both I140 & I485 after that. But I see the current processing date for both as 3/19/04. Are there anyone on the same boat as me. Please give me your valuable input on this.

I am sorry,by mistake I wrote as 4/19 instead of 3/19
