Do any one ever receive a aknowlgement notice after sending CIS the medical exam and biography form? I sent them mine eighty days ago, but they never acknowledged it. Neither they replied to my inquest letter sent one and half month later, not even an email. They just leave me in darkness.

I have returned my upgrated biography form and medical exam to CIS but I do not know when they will ask me to do FP/Bio (I've never done them after submitting I-485). The problem is that I will be out of country for several month soon. Will it be possible to do the FP/Bio at local CIS office...
