My B2 visa was rejected under section 214 B, for not having the sufficiently strong Family, Social or Economic Ties in UAE. As I am on residence visa in UAE, I applied with my wife and child. Though I have good job and bank balance but it was not even view by visa officer. As mentioned that I dont have Family ties in UAE, it means, if only my wife and child apply for visit visa whats the possiblity of getting get the visa ?
