I am towards the end of my 6th Year on H1-B (expires Feb 2005). My Labor Cert is pending for the past 3 and half years. Based on that my company has applied for extension into the 7th year. The problem is now my company may lay me off in the next 5-6 weeks maybe even before the 7th year...
