I was wondering if anyone can help me with my case I have lived in the us since 1994 illigally been married for 6 years we also have a daughter and I graduated here @ 1 1/2 year ago a border patrol pulled me and my husband over I got detained for 10 days and was bailed out the immigration judge has been moving my court for all this time the lawyer told us to apply for the I-130 so we did so now I am in removal process I was just wondering is there a way that they will aproove my I-130?
