yep. 10 year ban, and it is not possible to change out of status to any status inside US. except some FBI programs.- f1f2forsure

nope. You should register to 3-12 credit hours first to be in status. and you cannot beat 10Y ban unless you have a best lawyer possible.- f1f2forsure
