7th year extension using labor from different company.
Hi Right now, I am working for Compnay X with Company X's H1. There is a labor pending with Company Y(Future empolyee). Can I extend Company X's H1 using Company Y's Labor. I am planning to join Company Y after getting Greencard. Thanks.
