    Fiancee want to file k1 but overstayed one

    Can you Help, My fiancee wants to file for K1 visa so I can go and marry her in America. The Question I have is that I overstayed my visa waiver one but less than the 180 days that is mension. Will this Effect anything ? Thanks in advance
