I have applied for a Green Card for my sister, I-130 form etc..
My question is, once she gets a visa number, it will still take about 10 years for her to get her Green Card.
So in the mean time, once she gets a visa number, can she get a Work Permit?
She is in India at the moment. I just recently became a US citizen and would like to help her come here.
