copies Copies of ds forms part 1 are fine. My lawyer provided new forms, but I found it easier to use copies than try to get them corrected by them. Copies of latest yr tax filing are fine for eb petitions. I just had a printout from turbotax. (I had 3 yrs but submitted only 1 yr).

Thanks to the folks who host these boards and all who post. No questions. Out by 10:30 (depends on when you get called). Had to provide copies of current H1/H4 (I-797), since my visa had expired. Many applicants hadn\'t recd their appt letters. esp those who had provided Indian email...
