I360 pending and a divorce case in process need help please. I met my ex husband in 2002. we got marry in 2004 and in 2005 he petition for me. after the petition things began to change he became very abusive. It got so bad i left in 2007. I found out that i can self petiton for myself at the time. So i filed the i360. The case is pending. I have a male friend that was there for me after my seperation with my ex husband who fell in love with me and wants to marry me. I also care alot for this person to. I would like to know if i get marry and he files for me should i withdraw the i360 application that is still pending or can i have several petition going? Anyone with some good advice please comment.
