If the first medical exam is done, more than a year passes and they still haven\'t decided the case, do you end up taking another medical? Do they have any way to extend the validity of the current one?

hmm Yes, I used to live in England before, and Bulgaria before that. So it\'s not the most straightforward case in the world. I will let you know as soon as I find out what\'s going on. It\'s the Buffalo office, so I guess I\'d have to give \'em a nudge soon... :)
