My friend from Poland and he is now living in United States, he gots the approval of O1 visa recently and he needs to travel to Hong Kong. His lawyer said he needs to get the stamp from the United States consulate in order to get the stamp onto his passport. If not then he won't able to return back to United States. The question is can he get this stamp in the United States Consulate in Hong Kong??? Or can he get this stamp in United States before he go traveling Or he has to go back to his own country to get this stamp on his passport???? Can somebody help to answer my questions???
