    4th year h1b extension

    I am filing for the 4th year H1B extension with the same company? Can anyone tell me whats the filing fee going to be? Also my I-140 has been approved, So this time its going to be a 3 year H1 extension, Would that change the filing fee. Please advice.

    485 Priority Date

    My Labour was filed on Aug 2001, I got my I-140 approved on Mar, 2006. The visa bulletin shows the current visa date for EB3 category as 15th Apr, 2001. Should I wait till the visa date becomes Aug, 2001 before I could file my 485? Or can I do it right now. Kindly Advice. Thanks for your help
