    Yeah sorry, after the request for birth certs he asked for both my passport and I-94. I gave him the passport and he flicked through it looking for my I-94 so think thats all he was looking for. Can't be sure tho. Hope this helps.

    Thanks folks, so here's our interview experience. We arrived at the Memphis I.O about half an hour before our interview. We brought pics (had about 100 from the last 4 years, none from wedding), bank statements, original birth certs and copies, original lease, phone bills showing long term...

    I-751 How many months of bills and bank statements do I have to sent? 3 months prior is enough?

    We threw in about 3 months worth of statements and a copy of marriage cert and we received no RFE's. Make sure you bring more statements and the actual marriage cert to the interview.

    Photos, joint lease/mortage, marriage cert, utility bills in both names, if you took holidays together plane tickets/receipts etc, joint bank account statements, joint health insurance, if you made big purchases for your home receipts of these items e.g. Television. Thats just some stuff you...

    Think its me I'm on the 8th. Very nervous but will post when I get back. Strange since I applied in late late Jan! Have gotten EAD by the way and no RFE's.

    Hey Jackolantern, would my wife (US Citizen) require her original birthcert or will a copy suffice for the interview? We have our interview coming up soon so are a bit unclear if its the original or copy they need?

    Updating my time line, I received my EAD today. Will apply for SSN tomo. Got the interview on 8th April, getting nervous!
