RFE details Hi, Just to share with everyone my RFE details. My lawyer received the RFE and apparently the doctor who did me and my wife's medical exam didnt test us for TB so we have to resubmit our medical exam. In addition they also asked for my EVL. Hope this helps. frog

RFE for I485 I received an email yesterday from CRIS stating that they have issued an RFE for both me and my wife's 485. It'll take a few days before my lawyer receives the RFE and before I can be sure about what exactly they have asked for. In the meantime, is there anyone here who can offer...

Rfe I hope that is the case, just want to get done with it and move on with my life. I have no clue about my name check, I never initiated a service request, neither did I take an infopass appointment. I am hoping that it is already cleared and I'll see the approval soon after RFE response...

485 Rfe I did include my birth certificate and my wife's birth certificate. Weird thing is that the RFE is for both of our's 485. I did not include any w2's, my lawyer didnt ask for my w2s. I guess I would have to wait and find out to see what it is they asked for. Thanks, frog

Rfe I received 3 emails for me and my wife's 485 saying that CRIS requested additional evidence. Anyone here had the same experience? Any ideas or guesses as to what the RFE could be about? Also, is there an RFE thread for 485 I can look at to get some idea about my RFE? Thanks, frog
