Divorce a conditional Green Card Holder
My marriage is having problems. I am a US citizen living in Maryland, USA. My wife has a conditional Green Card ( received 4 months ago). If I divorce in USA, will she still have the conditional Green Card? If I divorce in India, will she still have the conditional Green Card? Am I liable...- EdWright
