    Hi, I prefer to start filling your wife's paperwork for EAD as soon as you can and you can fill for EAD online. I used to fill for my EAD before I get my DS-2019 to be as early as you can within the INS queue and resubmit my DS-2019 when I go it. go ahead. thanks
