dancingfire Please do not panic, there are cases (quite a lot actually) when I140 is applied through PP: usually gets a RFE. There is quite a bit of discussion on this topic. Was yours at NSC or TSC? Most likely, you'll have to re-submit the materials and maybe some additional ones too...
