hi,i just completed my 18 months internship and I have 2 year on my visa,I would like yo apply school in usa.do I have to waive my 2 year rule for apply school?I just talked with one lawyer he said i don't have to waive my 2 year rule?after I apply can I wait for my visa in usa? pls help me....
