I am waiting for my I-140/1-485 approval. My EAD expired in October2005. But I am on a valid O-1 and so did not renew it. I am now faced with the choice of either renewing my O-1 which expires in August2006 or getting a second EAD. Can I renew my EAD even though the first one expired a long time...
