madh4 is correct, I have been a permanent resident since 2011. I am mainly concerned with the fact that I was taken to Fed court for EWI, the sentence was time served but still, I wonder if that would make me illegible to become a citizen. The IJ knew this as I listed on my application.

Any input from anyone? Maybe I am over stressing for something that is not even here yet but as I said I would like to be prepared.
